Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with the SM and ASM.
• Help establish plans for staffing, budgeting, and merchandising initiatives.
• Lead the store team as Head Coach during opening/closing and supervision.
• Communicate goals to direct reports and manage workloads.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet payroll and financial goals.
• Develop schedules and ensure coverage during athlete traffic.
