Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
Promote and lead company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
Develop 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
Assist with operational initiatives, staffing, hiring, and scheduling within budgets and goals.
Lead store operations including opening/closing, Front End and Cash Office tasks, and supervising teammates.
