Sweetgreen is seeking a Head Coach (General Manager) to lead a high-energy store, coach teammates, and drive guest experiences through data-driven decisions. You’ll unite people, operations, and business performance to deliver healthy, community-focused outcomes.

You’ll manage food safety, equipment, scheduling, and profitability while fostering an inclusive culture and coaching talent across roles, with a clear career path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food service, with at least 2 years in hands-on management.
• Hands-on leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver guest experiences, using data to guide decisions.
• Drive sales and profit through strategic planning and scheduling.
• Operate and support all store systems and daily operations.
