Qualifications

• 3+ years in food service and at least 2 years in hands-on management
• Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
• Skilled in planning, forecasting financials, labor, and inventory
• Hands-on experience optimizing processes in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across people, operations, and business performance.
• Maintain high food safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
• Deliver hospitality-focused guest experiences and data-informed decisions.
• Drive sales and profit through strategic scheduling and cost control.
• Operate all store systems and troubleshoot daily operational issues.
• Progress career path duties from Assistant Coach up to Head Coach.
