Job summary

Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead will be the in-store expert of the department, delivering outstanding service to customers and coaching teammates.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Supports building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and department tours.
• Leads by example to deliver exceptional shopping experience and coach teammates.
• Plans, organizes, and aligns 30-days-out work with guidance from leadership.
• Upholds merchandising standards and executes programs daily.
• Assists with training teammates and onboarding new staff.
• Fosters an inclusive store environment for teammates and customers.
