Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide clear, knowledgeable product information.
• Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through recommendations and product knowledge.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert.
• Serve as go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
