Qualifications

• 3+ years culinary experience
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences
• Thrve in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team in preparation of ingredients and food products to meet prep lists, par levels and recipe standards.
• Use various prep and cooking methods to quickly and precisely create menu items per JOEY recipes; coordinate with stations as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe prep and cooking areas and storage areas.
• Train partners on kitchen hygiene, equipment usage, and safety; report equipment issues promptly.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and coach team for development and performance excellence.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to partners; manage in-store budgets, food costs, and labor.
