Responsibilities

• Overseeing the food prep and service in the concession stand
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

• Inventory product and prepare it according to management and health guidelines
• Being responsible for cleaning the equipment and cooking area
• Performing duties as needed to accomplish delivery of concessions menu

• Practicing safe work habits, following all safety policies and procedures and regulations, completing company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
• Encouraging the team to follow safety policies and procedures, including looking for and reporting unsafe work conditions
• Reporting all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk‑management system (Origami Risk) on the same day the incident is reported to you
