Qualifications

• Associates Degree in culinary or related field is required.
• Minimum of four years culinary experience in multiple venues, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of three years previous supervisory experience.

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations; support and manage goals and profitability.
