PENN Entertainment is seeking a culinary supervisor to lead the team in our entertainment destination. You will supervise, schedule, and ensure timely preparation and presentation of menu items, while upholding quality and service standards.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage multiple outlets as needed. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in culinary or related field required.
• Two years culinary experience minimum; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Coordinate scheduling with manager and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Produce menu items as listed and ensure stock readiness for service.
• Assist in other food outlets as needed.
• Support adherence to departmental budgets and cost controls.
• Demonstrate superior customer service in line with company standards.
• Maintain health department standards and confidentiality.
