Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a busy front-end team in our California stores. You’ll supervise cashiers, assist with operations and ensure outstanding customer service on every shift.

Responsibilities include directing register activities, training new staff, scheduling meal/rest breaks, and maintaining store cleanliness and security standards. Strong math, communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing frontline experience and leadership training.
• Ability to supervise cashiers and assist with store operations.
