Head Cashiers greet and thank every customer entering and leaving the store. They must be proficient with the Cavender's Boot City cashiering system and knowledgeable of all related paperwork. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, answering phones professionally, and supporting management with tasks like stocking, visual displays, and special orders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Cavender's culture and core values
2. Performing cashiering tasks accurately and efficiently
3. Keeping the work area clean and organized
4. Knowing CBC policies and cashiering transactions such as cash, check, credit, voids, and exchanges
5. Entering sales and handling money accurately
6. Stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance
7. Promoting add-on sales and store specials
8. Being security conscious and professional in communication
9. Responding knowledgeably to phone inquiries
10. Practicing inventory control and verifying boot pairs
11. Following company policies on sales and validations
12. Performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned
13. Collaborating with supervisors to meet company goals
