Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have strong communication and math skills, and be able to operate front-end equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide proactive customer service at registers and guide Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support a fast-paced environment and help improve service.
