Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers locate, demonstrate, and load merchandise while delivering smart, friendly service. You will operate a cash register, process transactions, and assist with end-of-day checkout routines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
Experience using a cash register and basic retail technology.
At least 1 year of retail cashier experience.
Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.

Responsibilities

Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies.
Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
Answer questions and guide customers to the right departments.
Operate cash register and process transactions, returns, and refunds.
Maintain store area, stock, and customer flow; assist with security as needed.
Support front-end operations, including opening/closing registers and line coverage.
Ensure price matches and handle loading tickets as required.
