Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to deliver quality service, help customers find and select products, and assist with loading and checkout tasks. You will support team members and contribute to smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, price checks, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment while upholding Lowe's policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through areas of the store.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information.
• Coaches, develops, provides feedback, and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities.
