• Strong focus on safety and risk mitigation.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and DOT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor crew; delegate tasks and maintain safety.
• Operate HDD rig and guide drill head to install utilities.
• Conduct site safety assessments and enforce OSHA rules.
• Manage job site setup, potholing, and restoration.
