Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in pharma/health/science.
• 5+ years in sales with 3+ years in pharma/health/science.
• Strong English language proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and post-call evaluation.
• Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales.
• Share market intelligence to align with brand strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value and identify disease state experts.
