Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach.
• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Influences others and builds collaborative partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities with key customers.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to optimize strategy and execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and identify disease state experts.
