Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calculate housing assistance payments and tenants’ rent shares.
• Maintain correspondence and records for monitoring case needs and mail/Excel worksheets.
• Perform annual, interim, and zero-income recertifications with tenants; educate on responsibilities; verify income/assets/expenses.
• Complete annual/interim/zero-income recertifications timely per schedule.
• Conduct move appointments; educate on responsibilities; issue vouchers; approve tenancy and lease; arrange HQS inspections and HAP contracts.
• Portability move appointments; coordinate with receiving PHA and educate families on responsibilities.
• Process rent adjustments; complete EIV reviews within 120 days of admission; recommend termination of rental assistance.
• Maintain awareness of HUD regulations and Arbor policies affecting HCV programs.
