Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a navigation assistant to help individuals with disabilities access transportation across Fort Worth and surrounding areas. This role requires exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.

You will identify the most appropriate, cost-effective transportation options and coordinate trips with care and sensitivity, documenting interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Two years of clerical/secretarial experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation options for clients with disabilities across Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
• Provide clear verbal and written communication to clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation arrangements and outcomes.
