You will engage with clients, document requirements, and configure systems to align with payroll, benefits, and time‑tracking needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project coordination, and the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years’ experience in systems integration or enterprise HRMS implementation.
• Ability to interpret state/federal/local tax rules for software configuration.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the project management team to meet deadlines.
• Consult with customer decision makers on HR/payroll/setup and reporting needs.
• Advise on implementation strategies and best practices for the platform.
• Conduct discovery sessions to document system requirements and configurations.
• Configure software to optimize HR/payroll/workflow processes.
• Provide client training on the iSolved platform as needed.
• Lead status update calls and guide customers on best practices.
