Mercantile Bank is seeking an HCM Operations Specialist to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. You will coordinate across CRM and iSolved, monitor integrations, and support payroll funding workflows while maintaining data integrity.

The role focuses on system administration, reporting, and back-up coverage for payroll and tax activities, with on-site presence in Wyoming, MI and some work-from-home flexibility after training.

Qualificações

• 1–12 months of payroll-related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and client service skills.
• High attention to detail; ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience reviewing payroll totals, balances, rates, and related calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Support accurate payroll operations by ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
• Coordinate system administration across CRM, iSolved, and related platforms.
• Monitor integrations and releases; document operational issues clearly.
• Assist payroll funding workflows (wires, ACH, reversals, 401(k) web uploads).
• Contribute to reporting and data integrity efforts (Power BI portal support).
• Provide backup coverage for essential payroll and tax activities.
