Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including complex, multistate payroll processing.
• Expertise in payroll accounting, payroll-to-GL reconciliation, taxation, controls, compliance, and year-end processing.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or legal entities in a shared-services environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities, legal entities, and employee populations.
• Review earnings, deductions, taxes, bonuses, and special payroll activity for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax requirements.
