Job summary

HireLevel. is seeking an HCM Sales Consultant to generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our human capital management team. This onsite role in Raleigh, NC offers a revenue-focused environment with earnings potential tied to performance and company success.

The position emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new business, with a competitive compensation package and benefits. Travel domestically may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred; CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Strong communication, executive-level presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license; ability to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source and cultivate opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-generated outreach.
• Run disciplined prospecting to reach key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
• Analyze needs, shape solution scope, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and required sales/expense reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding/implementation meetings and client questions.
• Stay current on industry trends, broker practices, and competitive activity.
