Job summary

HireLevel is seeking an HCM Sales Consultant to generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our human capital management team. This is a revenue-focused sales role, based onsite in St. Louis, MO, with time split between St.

Louis and Edwardsville, IL to build a strong pipeline and close new business. In this role you will thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred; CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Strong communication, executive-level presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and cultivate opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-generated outreach.
• Run disciplined prospecting to reach key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
• Analyze needs, shape solution scope, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and required sales/expense reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding/implementation meetings and client questions.
• Stay current on industry trends, broker practices, and competitive activity.
