Job description

Experience of implementing Cloud HCM Core Modules, with experience in configuring all core HR configurations.

Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation.

Experience of multi-region/country Oracle HCM configuration & administration, geography loads, geography structures.

Experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions, and functional setups.

Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of workflows, HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer, Application Composer.

Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will be an advantage.

Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
