Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM configuration professional to lead cloud HCM core module implementations, patches analysis, and multi-region administration. The role involves customization of reports, value sets, DFF/EFF, and defining form functions within HR modules.

Responsibilities include CRP, fit-gap analysis, journey design, and full project lifecycle work, aligned with agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience with Oracle SR escalation is a plus.

Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk
Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Prior experience working on Journeys
Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows
Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology
Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
