Job summary

Insight Global in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support HCM solutions in large enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements, design, testing and deployment, manage Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, and mentor team members while delivering production support across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM in large-scale enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Absence Management, Time & Labor.
• Experience with HCM integrations and reporting tools such as HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements, design, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring team members to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and ongoing support for enterprise clients.
• Manage quarterly releases, regression testing, and adoption of UI enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and configuration.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR modules to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Provide production support and document solutions for future reference.

Job description

• 7–10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Recruiting (ORC), Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
• Experience with HCM integrations, reporting, and data migration tools such as HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, regression testing, and adoption of Oracle Redwood UI enhancements.
• Skilled in both project-based enhancements and day-to-day production support within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and dependencies across HCM modules and integrated systems.
• Experience leading workstreams, mentoring team members, assigning tasks, and driving continuous process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both business and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience developing and supporting reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM data models.
• Knowledge of Fast Formula, HCM Security, AME workflows, system personalization, and integrations is highly preferred.
• Consulting experience or support of multiple enterprise clients is a plus.
• Experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, aerospace, or other large enterprises is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
