Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or product management within an HCM or enterprise technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM or a comparable enterprise HCM or ticketing support platform.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Help Desk module and Tier 0/self-service strategies.
• Strong written communication and process documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to build the technology roadmap aligned to HR priorities.
• Lead delivery of Oracle HCM Help Desk module and enhance Tier 0 self-service support.
• Champion AI initiatives within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Present Oracle HCM features to stakeholders and align with business needs.
• Gather cross-functional requirements and ensure alignment to HRIS principles.
• Manage backlog and oversee configuration and development to production.
• Lead, develop, and inspire HRIS Analysts.
• Set performance expectations and provide development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
