Job summary

Insperity is seeking an HCM Benefits Specialist to manage benefits communications, enrollment, and related training. The role requires working with the HCM system, vendor integrations, and maintaining uptime for enrollment processes.

You will collaborate with TES leadership to ensure client satisfaction and accurate ACA reporting, applying extensive knowledge of Insperity Insurance Services offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or related field is preferred.
• Excellent English, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create communications collateral using Word and interactive PDFs with Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding of clients to benefits vendors and audits plan setups.
• Develops processes to support TES clients.
• Provides benefits administration support for clients and internal teams.
• Delivers timely operational communications and training for internal teams and clients.
