The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience (HCM or SaaS preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships; base salary starts at $70,000 with uncapped commissions in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in HCM or SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of HCM products and industry trends.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HCM solutions.
• Seek to understand client pain points and position solutions accordingly.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
