Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our New York team. These positions involve providing services to youth and families in clients' homes under the direction of the Program Director, with compensation on a fee-for-service basis.

In-person visits are required, and the role offers a competitive hourly rate ($60–$100) with coverage for non-English language capacity, experience, and select clinical specialties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.

Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS' policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat a youth's behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
