Job summary

Northeast Family Services in New York is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing team. In this fee-for-service role, you will provide in-home therapy to youth, adults, and families under the supervision of the Program Director.

You will collaborate with clients to build on their strengths, use evidence-based practices, and manage your own schedule with client outreach. A Master's degree and NY licensure are required; in-person visits are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure in NY and Limited Permit in NY required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families in home/community setting preferred.
• Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.

Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. Compensation:

Fee for Service Rates:

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
