Northeast Family Services is seeking caring Home and Community Based Therapists to join our New York team. Therapists provide in-home, strength-based interventions to youth and families, guided by evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle preferred.
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.

Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. Compensation:

Full Time Rates:

• Starting at $75,000 - $90,000 plus per year

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity

• Experience

• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required

• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred

• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon andevening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required.
