Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring Home and Community Based Therapists to join our New York team and provide in-home services to children, youth, and families.

Under the direction of the Program Director, you will deliver strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes, coordinate with families, and utilize evidence-based practices. This role requires in-person visits across NY and offers fee-for-service compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community setting preferred.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred.
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
