Job summary

Northeast Family Services in New York is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing team. Home visits are required to provide services in clients' homes and support youths, families, and adults.

Under the direction of the Program Director, you will use evidence-based practices to promote strengths and help clients reach their full potential in a supportive home setting. Full-time roles include generous benefits and eligibility for stay-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
