Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Home and Community Based Therapists to join our New York team. This role involves in-person visits to clients' homes and delivering structured, strength-based therapy using evidence-based practices.

Compensation includes fee-for-service rates of $60 to $100 per hour. We value licensed clinicians with independent work capability and excellent time management to serve children, youth, and families across NY.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings preferred.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
