Northeast Family Services is hiring Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Therapists provide strength-based, in-home interventions under the Program Director, serving children, adults, and families while aligning with NFS policies. In-person home visits are required for all therapy sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY state.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, families in home/community setting preferred.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship not available.

Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Compensation:

Full Time Rates:

• Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year
• Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay on bonus after first year!

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity

• Select clinical specialties
