Job summary

Northeast Family Services in New York is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services in client homes in accordance with NFS policies.

These full-time roles offer a starting salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits, and language differential for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensure in NY: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based therapy services to clients.
• Collaborate with families to promote strengths and goals.
• Adhere to program policies and clinical guidelines.
• In-person visits to clients' homes are required.

NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes.

Compensation:

Full Time Rates:

• Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity

• Experience

• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required

• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred

• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

• Valid driver’s license

• Some afternoon andevening availability is a plus

• Bilingual Spanish is a required

• Access to secure internet required.
