Northeast Family Services seeks caring Home and Community Based Therapists to join our New York team. Clinicians provide services in clients' homes under the direction of the Program Director, with opportunities for growth and supervision for licensure.

We offer full-time roles with in-person visits, a strong benefits package, and a commitment to evidence-based practice in youth behavioral health across NY and nationally.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, youth, and families in home/community setting preferred.

Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes.

Compensation:

Full Time Rates:

• Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity

• Experience

• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required

• Clinical Licensure(LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred

• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred

• Some afternoon andevening availability is a plus

• Access to secure internet required.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
