Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS' policies.

Home visits are conducted in clients' homes to deliver structured, strength-based interventions that support youth, adults, and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based therapy services to children, youth and families in their homes.
• Collaborate with Program Director and care team to deliver structured, strength-based interventions.
• Promote families' strengths using evidence-based practices; in-person visits required.

Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS' policies. Compensation

Full Time Rates:

• Starting at $75,000 - $90,000 plus per year

Premiums Paid For

• Non-English language capacity

• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required.
