Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of automobile insurance: $100,000/$300,000/$50,000 liability.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Direct Support Professionals; schedule coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage.
• Oversee resources: vehicle scheduling, budgets, meds checks, appointment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies; maintain documentation.
• Advocate for person-centered services respecting goals.
