Job summary

One Vision in Clear Lake, IA is hiring Full-Time Team Leads for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. You will supervise a small team, lead daily living support, and ensure safety and quality. This role blends hands-on care with leadership in a mission-driven setting.

The position offers starting pay of $22.00 per hour plus a $1,000 retention bonus. A HS diploma/GED with 5+ years experience or a BA/BS in human services with 2+ years is required, plus a Medication Manager

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years relevant experience or BA/BS in human services with 2+ years
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Medication Manager Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy; valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of up to 5 Direct Support Professionals
• Provide daily living support including hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and medication assistance
• Help individuals manage personal finances and make independent choices
• Coach and train staff to meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and accreditation guidelines
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of leadership team
