Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking an HCBS Supervisor to lead a dedicated care team in a home and community-based setting in Iowa. You will guide staff, ensure compliant service delivery, and advocate for person-centered goals, while coordinating resources and maintaining accurate records.

You’ll manage scheduling, on-call coverage, and partnerships, with a focus on dignity, independence, and empowering individuals served to achieve their life goals.

Formación

• Mission-oriented with goal to empower people.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new caregiving methods.
• Strong communication skills with the rest of the team and people served.
• Confident balance of boldness and humility as an advocate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Schedule coverage and provide coaching and site oversight.
• Manage on-call rotation and provide short-notice coverage when needed.
• Oversee resources: vehicle scheduling, budgets, representative payee, medications, appointments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain documentation.
• Advocate for person-centered care and choice.
