Job summary

Micron Technology's Memory Systems Engineering team is seeking an engineer to contribute to digital and mixed-signal foundations for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) products. You will work closely with multiple engineering groups to ensure robust first-pass silicon and meet bandwidth, latency, power and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with SystemVerilog RTL and digital design.
• Knowledge of clock/reset architecture and low-power design.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement digital micro-architecture for HBM base-die subsystems.
• Translate system requirements into timing, power, and area considerations with architects.
• Implement and integrate synthesizable SystemVerilog RTL for multi-channel logic.
• Support verification planning, coverage goals, CDC/RDC checks, and RTL debugging.
• Assist silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation with DFT and test teams.
