Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Product Engineer for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Media Health team. You will develop test strategies for DRAM in HBM products, collaborate with Design, Yield Improvement, and Test Engineering to validate performance, and help drive silicon reliability.

You will guide pre-silicon tasks, define tester resources, debug test programs, and use AI to enhance test flows and yields while mentoring new engineers and contributing to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong presentation skills for partner meetings.
• Experience automating routine tasks with AI-augmented scripts, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run simulations pre-silicon to validate DFT circuits and test modes; communicate design issues.
• Define tester resources in pre-silicon tasks with MH and test teams.
• Ensure product requirements are understood with Test Engineering and MH; develop test programs and analyze data.
