Job summary

Micron Technology in Richardson, TX is seeking a New College Graduate to join the Heterogeneous Integration Group as an HBM Design Architect. You will contribute to evaluating and developing future HBM and DRAM architectures, using AI-assisted methods to accelerate architecture exploration and decision-making.

You will collaborate with architecture, circuit design, layout, packaging, and system teams to analyze tradeoffs in performance, power, and manufacturability, gaining hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. completed before start date.
• Strong foundation in CMOS, digital/mixed-signal design, memory systems or related areas.
• Experience developing engineering models, simulations, or analytical methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate complex problems and communicate recommendations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HBM/DRAM architectures using models, simulations and data.
• Develop modeling, simulation, and data-analysis methodologies.
• Collaborate with architecture, circuit, layout, packaging and system teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis to improve models and design decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations through reviews and documentation.
