Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient in reading and writing English.
• Two years driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with valid Class A/B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last ten years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, handling freight, and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals.
• Learn how Linde’s business operates and contributes to growth.
