Job summary

Linde plc. is seeking a capable CDL driver in California to deliver products, complete required paperwork, and provide excellent customer service. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and help coordinate maintenance as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of driving experience or Truck Driving School certification, and a valid CDL (Class A or B). Hazmat endorsement is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Valid Class A or B CDL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with an average of 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needed vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as required.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
