Job summary

Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company seeking a delivery driver in Watsonville, CA. You will make 10–12 daily stops, handle freight paperwork, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy in deliveries and pickups.

The role requires a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain). You must pass a DOT medical exam and lift up to 75 pounds, with a clean driving record and at least two years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with proficient reading/writing in English.
• 2 years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals.
• Expand knowledge of how Linde operates to support business growth.
